- Once you login, it should automatically redirect you to http://events.jacksonville.com/ .You will see a gray menu on the right side of the page. Select “Add Event”
- Fill in the fields indicated. Fields with a red asterisk are required.
- Please include an estimated end time for all of your events. Click the box for “Show End Date”
- In the “Event Description” section, be sure to click “Edit summary” to provide a one-sentence event description, in addition to the long description.
- Upload an event photo at the prompt.
- Click “Preview” to preview your event listing.
- When happy with your event listing, click the “Save” button.

- Apply for an account here: http://jacksonville.com/user/register
- After submitting for an account, check your email. A temporary link will be sent to you so you can set your password and validate your account.
- Once you have reset your password, login here: http://jacksonville.com/user?redirect=http://events.jacksonville.com/
